About us
TRENECON was established as the legal successor to COWI Hungary, after nearly 15 years of successful operation in the consultancy sector. With a swift change in their strategic focus, the Denmark-based COWI Group sold out the company to the Hungarian management. Today, this successor company is fully owned by Hungarian nationals, nevertheless the strategic cooperation with the Danish group is still thriving.
During the the transition period the company proved to be successful in keeping the staff and thus maintain the range of expertise and experience of the nearly 15 years in international and 25 years in domestic consulting business. The three main pillars of our knowledge rest on our well-founded knowledge base and expertise in engineering, environmental science and economics. This unique combination of technical areas ensures our competitive edge s in elaborating policy papers, development programmes, andin the front-end engineering and the process ofdesigning infrastructure investments; beginning from the project idea, through compiling the funding applications to technical design. We are here to work with You, to bring your ideas to life for the benefit of all.
