Development of methodological papers

For both granting institutions and project owners, it is equally important that projects are being prepared according to criteria that consistently support the preparational steps of the development ideas and the fulfilment of compliancy requirements (from the definition of the objectives to the issue of permit). Such criteria are to provide methodological guidance for the assessment of technical feasibility, financing possibility, social benefits, while promoting the standard and uniform eligibility assessment and comparability of various developments.
