Generally, implementation of any development project requires full commitment by the project owner. It is necessary to reconcile all relevant legal provisions, permit requirements and licensing criteria, design guidelines and, last but not least, the needs and expectations of the project owner. The complexity of these rules and criteria are ideally addressed and aligned in the project documentation/dossier completed as the conclusion of the front-end engineering and design. At the same time, the alignment of these rules in time, space and prioritisation should always be managed by a capable, functioning project management organisation through all phases of implementation, up to completion and follow-up.
