The first step is to get the right concept

One of the most important stages of the preparation of railway projects is the conceptual definition of the design programme, the definition of optimal parameters, based on the sound assessment of the passenger and freight transport needs, and the operational requirements. In the preparation of feasibility studies to analyse conceptual variants, our company uses state-of-the-art modelling and simulation methods and tools, ranging from strategic transport planning models to network timetable analysis, up to rail traffic simulation.

Railway systems and other areas

Coordinating the plans of the different railway special fields is a key element in carrying out the permission and detailed designs. Implementation of the projects are supported by in-house professional design competencies and experienced project managers. Our colleagues at the department of and economists are always involved in the preparation and permission procedure and also in further stages of the design projects.

Assignments

The main clients of TRENECON are the Hungarian railway infrastructure companies, MÁV and GYSEV, however our company had a number of international railway infrastructure design assignments from Danish, Romanian, Slovak and Serbian railway companies.
